C Level

Project Manager, IPMA_® Level C: is able to lead the limited complexity project. This shows that in addition to his ability to use knowledge in project managing, he also has demonstrated the corresponding experience level. 
IPMA_® Level С – a candidate has successfully demonstrated the usage of knowledge elements in project situations of limited complexity. 
 Requirements
Must have three years’ work experience in project management, must be responsible for the managing function of leading one of limited complexity projects. 
Competences
1. Must be able to manage the limited complexity projects and/or manage the subproject which is a part of one of senior projects in the fields of all knowledge elements.
2. Currently is responsible for all aspects of limited complexity project management, or for managing of the subproject being a part of one of senior projects.
3. Applies the general processes, methods, techniques and instruments of project management. 

Certification procedure Level С.
1. The candidate is to prepare the documents for passing through the certification. Download the documents:
- Application form with photo 3*4;
- Сv (resume);
- copies of diplomas, certificates;
- recommendations from the companies where the projects have been implemented;
- list of projects;
- self-certification * 2;
- project report.
2. Certification agency settles a date of certification.
3. The candidate pays the certification as per the NBU rate as of the current date.
4. The candidate is examined in written form and interviewed. 
5. The certification department rates the candidate.
