B Level

Senior Project Manager, IPMA Level B® must be able to manage a senior project, which criteria are determined in Chapter 3. It is allowed to lead subprojects i.e. the project manager directs managers of projects, but he is not a head of all the project team.

Level В – a candidate has successfully demonstrated the usage of knowledge elements in difficult project situations. The candidate has directed the project (subproject) managers during their using and executing of knowledge in practice.

 Requirements
At least the five years’ work experience in project management. Three of these years the candidate must have exercised an important managerial function by managing one of senior projects.

Competences 
1. Must be able to manage the senior projects.
2. Currently is responsible for all the competence elements in a senior project.
3. Fulfils his function as a manager being a part of the team which works on the senior project. 

Certification procedure Level В
1. The candidate is to prepare a pack of documents for passing through the certification. Download the documents
- Application form with photo 3*4;
- Сv (resume);
- copies of diplomas, certificates;
- recommendations from the companies where the projects have been implemented;
- list of projects;
- self-certification * 2;
- project report.
2. Certification agency settles a date of certification.
3. The candidate pays the certification as per the NBU rate as of the current date.
4. The candidate is interviewed. 
5. The certification department rates the candidate.
6. Certificate delivery.
